Nice to meet you! I am originally from Ecuador which is where I developed my love for food and my outgoing / cheery personality. Combining these two traits, I found my calling to make people happy! While I have enjoyed my years working in high-end dentistry, I have always had a dream of starting my business. The first time that I saw crepes being made, I was immediately hooked!
How fun is it to watch an expert chef making crepes?
Then, it finally clicked! What if I not only started catering business, but also provide cooking entertainment to event guests? So, I thought “what the heck”, and decided to pursue my dream!
We travel Space Coast with our awesome iron griddles serving delicious waffles and crepes at weddings, parties and events. There is nothing better than engaging with our customers and seeing what joy a freshly-made, hot crepe or waffle can bring to adults and children. We take lots of pride in the way we present the table, our food and ourselves. We know image, taste and customer service are all vital ingredients to a good catering company.
